I feel that we should not give any more money to the people who got us in
this mess in the first place. If you keep bailing everyone out my children
will not have a furture here in the United States of America.

The bailout will do no good, americans will still be in the same position, losing their jobs and homes. The government needs to help the american people for once. Instead of giving the money directly to these financial institutions i believe that the government should pay off the american peoples credit card debt, not our mortgages or auto loans just credit card debt. The money would still go to the companies and help the people out. whatever is left over after paying our debt can go directly to the companies. Its time ti finally help US the American people out and not corporations

I am against the bailout. They dug there their own grave. Let them on wall street feel what it is like to not have a job and unemployment to run out. Bail out the americans for once. It seems in past history we seem to bail out car manufactors, airlines,ect....what about the american people who have to deal with gas prices, food prices and no money coming in. If we bail them out, they will just do it again, the big guys in washington who wants to go with the bail out are scared of having to pay for their gas, or not have enough money to feed their family.....welcome to our world.

Next time vote no.

You are suppose to be representing the majority of the Floridians that voted for you to represent them. The obvious desire of your voters is for you to say no to this bill. It is foolish to buy a worthless inventory for any reason. It is very obvious that a lot of our politicians have investments in the stock market and other money mills that are being adversely affected by the financial chaos that we are witnessing. It is making it worse to throw good money after bad. If you vote yes again on this issue, I am sure you will see the results of your vote (not ours) in the upcoming election. Common sense tells us that this is stupid.
