THE DEMS ARE BEING BLACKMAILED AND HOODWINKED

How can you provide Henry Paulson, a day trader who becameex Chairman of Goldman Sachs) with this carte blanc check for $700 Billion of our hard earned money. This bill leaves the untrustworthy Bush Administration and Mr. Paulson with a blank check and very little accountability even on the "improved" bill.

Reminds me of the blank check given to Bush/Cheney to pursue the Iraq . Get real!! These guys are liars and crooks and you are succumbing to their fear mongering. Why is the Congress not coming up with alternative approaches??????????? Oregon Congressman has made a logical alternative that doesn't give away our tax dollars and doesn't give unbridled power to the gangsters.

Please think about this and become LEADER. YOU ARE CAPABLE AND SMART. PLEASE DON'T SUCCUMB TO FEAR AND BLACKMAIL.
